Currency of Kazakhstan 5000 Tenge banknote 2011 Kazakh Eli Monument

Obverse: Predominant images are horizontal. The main images are the "Kazak Eli" monument in Astana (representing the "independence of Kazakhstan" and the "Continuation of Generations") on the right side of the banknote, images of flying pigeons at the bottom in the middle and irbises. The upper part shows the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan: National Emblem of Kazakhstan and National Flag of Kazakhstan. The face value is placed in digits at the bottom and top left, the face value literally in Kazakh is at the bottom in the middle. The inscription "ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ" (name of the issuing authority) is placed in the top left, above there is an inscription in the Kazakh language stating that counterfeiting banknotes is against the law.
Reverse: Predominant images are vertical. The main image is an outline map of Kazakhstan. The top of the Independence Monument and the Kazakhstan hotel in Almaty are in the foreground, and mountains in the background. The value numeral is shown both on the lower left corner and upper right corner. The face value in Russian is shown in the middle of the lower half of the banknote. The name of the issuing bank, in the Kazakh language, and the bank’s logo are in the middle of the upper half of the note. In the top left corner, on the white area, there is an inscription in Russian stating that counterfeiting banknotes is against the law.
Watermark: Image of the mythic «Samruk» bird and electrotype: 5000.

– machine-readable thread embedded in the paper MRT-B/M of 0.75 mm width;
– windowed thread «Depthc™» of 6 mm width with the text «5000» and symbol tenge;
– holographic strip of 14 mm width with images of bird, apple and denomination. Dual images Dual Image™ and Filigre™.
Security feature «Spark®» — located in the front side bottom center of the banknote, as an image of Snow leopard wing, with the face value of «5000», printed in double curing ink with optically variable properties, colour changes from green to gold when viewed from different angles.
Iridescent element:
